iOS Supported Formats (24 Formats)

The mobile app leverages a powerful rendering engine and currently supports importing and viewing up to 24 mainstream and engineering 3D formats:

  • modelshow (Proprietary scene project format)
  • 3ds, obj, dae, blend, ply, off, fbx, stl
  • md2, md3, md5, mdl, ms3d, 3mf, dxf
  • gltf, glb, x, stp, slc, step, zip, rar

[!NOTE] For models containing multiple textures and material files, it is highly recommended to compress them into a .zip or .rar archive before transferring them to iOS, or simply use the .glb format which bundles all resources together.

Web Supported Formats (5 Formats)

The web viewer is optimized for fast loading and lightweight display, supporting the following 5 core and industrial standard formats:

  • GLB
  • 3MF
  • SLC
  • STP
  • STEP

Optimization Tips

To ensure a smooth viewing experience on all devices, we recommend:

  • Optimizing your polygon count to avoid memory issues with extremely large CAD models.
  • Compressing texture resolutions (maximum of 2048x2048 or 4096x4096 is recommended).
